returns and cancellations

At humanoid, we hope you’ll love your products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your humanoid order, we accept returns for products that have not been opened and have not been used within 14 days of receipt of the product, or if the product is damaged or incomplete.
Merchandise is non-refundable. Items must be unused in their original condition (undamaged, unopened packaging, any outer seals intact) to qualify.

• Damage claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. We require photo/video attachments for record-keeping purposes
• To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition (undamaged, unopened packaging, outer seals intact to be eligible)
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Unsolicited/unqualified returns are subject to be returned to sender or discarded after 7 days

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
